Rooted in an anti-oppressive lens, Cultivo Therapy affirms the lived experiences, unique identities, and wisdom of our clients. As a result, we partner with our clients to tailor evidence-based treatments such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma Focused-CBT, EMDR, and Narrative Therapy to help individuals process their experiences and center their lives on where they find joy.

Based in California, our online therapist provides services to youth, adults, couples, and families. Our specialties include helping young adults from marginalized communities (BIPOC, LGBTQ+, Low SES) manage the stressors of modern life to cultivate self-awareness, self-worth, and personal growth.
